Vendee & Charente
Selected as this is a small, quiet site occupying a unique position midway between the beach and the delightful town of Ars-en-Ré at the far end of the island, classed as "Beau Village de France". It is an ideal spot for those who do not wish to drive, as both beach and town are only 400m away and 100km of cycle tracks criss-cross the island allowing safe access for everybody. Please note that the nearby beach is walking distance but is edged by rocks and is often partially covered with seaweed.

Both blocks have a cubicle with shower and washbasin. The block towards the back of the site is very busy in the high season with queues forming. The block nearest the swimming pool is attractively tiled and has disabled facilities, a baby room and a dog shower. It also has two washing machines and a tumble dryer with ironing board.

Stay on the D735 past La Flotte and St Martin and when you arrive on the outskirts of Ars-en-Ré stay on the D735 with the village on your right. Just before you have passed the village turn left towards the Plage de la Grange and the campsite entrance is on your left after 200 metres.
