Selected because of its location in a pine forest just 350m from a lovely stretch of sandy beach suitable for surfing. The pretty flowery entrance welcomes you to a site where all the buildings are wooden clad and have attractive terracotta tiled roofs. There is a wealth of activities both on the site and on the beach including a spa centre and an adult-only pool. It is a great spot for a relaxing family holiday with plenty of entertainment. Two separate pool complexes, one reserved for adults with 200m² swimming area and jacuzzi called Zen, and the other 800m² of heated water with lagoon pool, outdoor lazy river, paddling pool with water games. From Bordeaux take the D1215 to Lacanau. Take the ring road round Ste Helene and follow the D6 towards Lacanau. At Lacanau continue on the D6 towards Lacanau Océan. Continue on the main route towards the beach and turn right towards the Plage Nord and the campsite entrance is 350m on your right.
