Selected because of its lovely location 2km north west of St Jean-Pied-de-Port in the foothills of the Basque mountains. It is an ideal sport for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings where pretty shrubs and flowers are an important feature. The pitches are set out on the side of a hill covered in vines and enjoy lovely views over the mountains. A small stream also runs along side the site. It is an excellent centre for outdoor activities such as guided walks and white water rafting.

Three very attractive eco-chalets - open all year. Mobile homes in separate area of site for 2 - 4 persons, camouflaged by shrubs and flowers. Open 1st April to 20th September.
Sheets can be hired for mobilehomes and are included in cost of eco-chalets.
Flat, grassy, some gently sloping, divided by trees and flowering shrubs; not heavily hedged, up to 110m². Mixture of sun and shade. The new pitches are divided by beds of wild flowers.

A few basics sold in the stone-faced reception building. Pre-order bread and croissant. A snack bar selling a few basic meals, glasses of wine, beer and coffee. Barbecues allowed. Dogs accepted. Wi-fi free in two different areas of the site.

From A64 take exit 7 to Salies-de-Béarn. Follow the D933 to St Palais and St-Jean-Pied-de-Port. Stay on the main road past the town and take the D918 towards Cambo-les-Bains. After 2.5km turn left onto the D303 and the campsite entrance is on your right.
