Selected because this is a delightful little site in a wooded setting, walking distance of the centre of Arès. There is easy access to a small lagoon on the Bassin d'Arcachon and it is only a 15-minute drive from magnificent Atlantic surfing beaches. It is a great area for cycling and walking. The site is beautifully maintained with pretty floral displays and well tended shrubs and trees. It offers a quiet friendly atmosphere where the owners always make you feel welcome. You may be aware of some traffic noise from the adjacent road. There is a discount on the pitch prices if you book in advance, even in the low season.

From Bordeaux. Take exit 10 from the ringroad on the D213 in the direction of Martignas. Continue on this road until you join the D106. Follow the D106 towards Arès and take the first exit to the town. In the town centre turn right towards Lège Cap-Ferret and the site is on your left after 500m. From Bayonne. Follow the A63 towards Bordeaux and exit at junction 23 onto the D5. Follow the D5 until you reach the junction with the D106. Turn left onto the D106 then continue as above
