Northern France
Selected because this site is an ideal three or four night stopover for visiting Disneyland or Paris. It is in a very spacious quiet location, attractively landscaped with trees and shrubs. The friendly site managers have recently planted 300 new trees. There is good parking by the reception and access to the site is through a secure electronic gate with entry code for campers. It is part of a large regional outdoor leisure complex, open during daylight hours June to September and weekends the rest of the year. It has a boating and sailing lake nearby, easily reached on foot or by car. A regular bus service operates between the site and the Disneyland resort.
