Selected as this is one of the best sites in the Alsace region 11km from Colmar. Situated in a pretty glade in the middle of a forest just 3km from the motorway and walking distance of two villages, this site is renowned for peace and quiet and is the best in the area. Window boxes full of colourful geraniums decorate the spacious reception area that includes a small shop, snack bar and a large day room. It also has good ramp access for the disabled. With no bar or evening entertainment it is particularly suitable for young families. The wealth of trees, plants and flowers are well tended and create a welcoming atmosphere that attracts a good cross-section of nationalities. You are well positioned here for visiting the Alsace, a delightful region greatly influenced by its German neighbours.

11 two-bedroomed mobile homes for 4/6 persons, not as spaciously laid out as the touring pitches.
Flat, grassy, varying in size from 80m² - 110m², separated in groups by hedges with low shrubs between the individual pitches. The pitches have a mixture of sun and shade. The far end of site is very spacious but there is no electrical hook up.

Attractive oval-shaped pool 150m², paddling pool with large sun terrace and sun loungers, all surrounded by pretty flowers and shrubs. A superb waterpark for little children with spouting animals and tipping buckets has recently been installed.
Two very well appointed heated toilet blocks called Geranium and Delphinium have a white theme and are maintained to a high standard. Have to remove shoes to go into shower area. Both blocks are modern and luxurious with showers and washbasins together in spacious cubicles. Push button temperature controlled showers with hooks, shelf and rail. Individual wash cubicles with attractive mirrors. Toilets with seats and toilet paper. Disabled facilities. Baby room. The washing-up area is reserved for men only!! Laundry area in both blocks. Chemical waste point.
The site is south east of Eguisheim and due west of Ste-Croix-en-Plaine just off the D1. From A35 South, take exit 27 to Ste Croix-en-Plaine. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted to Herrlisheim and Clair Vacances. The site entrance is on your left after 2km. From A35 North exit 27 to Ste-Croix-en-Plaine and Herrlisheim. Turn right onto the D1 to Herrlisheim and continue as above.
