Selected because this site is only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Villedieu-les-Poêles, a fascinating historical town famous for its art and craftwork, XVth century church and copper and pewter workshops. It is a small former municipal site and now a member of the Flower chain with a little river suitable for fishing running alongside. Shops bars and restaurants are accessible on foot, so it is an ideal stopover for motorhomes.

Two toilet blocks, nothing special but kept clean and respectable. The one behind the reception has temperature control showers with hooks, toilets with paper, individual wash cubicles and warm water only. The second toilet block has been refurbished and there are some cabins with showers and washbasins together. Disabled facilities. Baby room. One washing machine, one tumble dryer.
The site is located near the town centre and is well signposted. From the motorway A84 take exit 37 or 38 and follow signs to the town centre. Continue through the Grand Place and bear left, following signs to the site which is on the right.
