Selected as this is a very well maintained little site full of pretty flowers and shrubs, ideal for an overnight stop as it is just 2km from the A28/A29 crossroads. Set in a charming spot backing onto a small stream it is worth a longer stay. There is plenty to do nearby. The site is just 50m from the famous Avenue Verte, a 40km traffic free trail ideal for cyclists, wheelchairs and walkers. It is more suitable for couples as there is no pool and no activities on site.

Avenue Verte greenway 50m from the site is one of the best greenways in the west of France. The Dieppe/Forges-les-Eaux greenway is a traffic-free trail that stretches for approximately 40 kilometres and caters for people in wheelchairs, people on rollerskates, on a bike or on foot. This former rail track was the fastest route between London and Paris. A number of elements of heritage can be seen along the route, like the old train station at Neufchatel. Château de Mesnières-en-Bray 6km is a masterpiece from the Renaissance period, classified an historic monument since 1882.

Bar/snack open everyday from 6.30pm from 1st May to 30 September. Traditional cuisine is served in the restaurant and on the attractive terrace. A supermarket and shopping centre is a 5 min walk. The campsite is to the North West of t he town. From A28. Take exit 9, Neufchâtel sud and follow the D928 for 1.5km towards the town centre. As you enter the town turn left onto the Rue de la Grande Flandre following signs to th campsite. The site entrance is on your left after 1km.
