Selected as this site occupies a unique position right next to a huge stretch of sandy beach, just 25km from Cherbourg. It is a good choice for lovers of the sea with access to beautiful beach walks directly from the site. It is a well maintained site with a friendly French atmosphere and is ideal for overnight stops in a special annex or for longer stays on the main site. A new indoor pool makes this site a good low season choice. You can enjoy magnificent sunsets over the superb west facing beach and the children can spend hours playing in the sand dunes.

Flat, well hedged and laid out in straight lines on a mixture of grass and sand. Vary in size, some only about 80 - 90m². No trees, so no shade.

One 20m x 8m, good-sized baby pool with mini slide. There is a super new covered pool and new spacious sun terrace.
One large toilet block that was refurbished a few years ago. Separate mens and ladies. Toilets with seats and toilet paper. Push button showers. Disabled facilities. Babyroom. Washing machines and tumble dryer. Chemical waste point.
Cherbourg Port: Exit port and turn right for Cherbourg centre. At next roundabout follow signs for Caen/Rennes. Keep in right hand lane and as you climb the hill turn right on the D900 signposted Bricquebec. At next junction turn left on the D650 to Bricquebec and Les Pieux. Travel through the village of Les Pieux on the D4 and in front of the Mairie follow signs for "Plage" and Sciotot. The campsite is well signposted along this road on your left hand side. From south follow the D903 to Barneville Carteret and continue north towards Cherbourg. Turn left into Les Pieux and continue through the village towards the beach. The campsite is signposted to your left.
