Normandy
Selected because one of the major attractions of this site is a beautiful view of the ruined Château Gaillard in Les Andeleys built in the 12th century by Richard the Lionheart. It is only an hour from Paris and half an hour from Rouen. The site nestles between a small private lake and the banks of the River Seine. It is also walking distance of the centre of Les Andeleys, so is an ideal spot for motorhomes. There is an open spacious feel to the site with all the mobile homes and permanent caravans in a separate area. As you are staying in the heart of Normandy, there are castles and fortresses to visit, as well as walks and cycle rides to enjoy in the surrounding countryside. You can relax in the calm, friendly atmosphere of the site at the end of the day.
