Selected as this Castels site benefits from a unique position between the Mediterranean sea and the foothills of the Pyrénées. There are stunning views from one side of the site over the creeks from which the site gets its name. Access to the pebbly beaches is down steps built into the rocks. On the other side a view of hills and vineyards gives the site a rural feel. You are also just a 30-minute walk from the delightful artists' town of Collioure, a great bonus as access by car in the high season can be difficult. This is a terraced site with a huge variety of pitch sizes. The ones that benefit from beautiful sunsets over the sea tend to be very small and are only suitable for tents and small motorhomes and caravans. A quiet atmosphere with a very attractive reception area. Excellent for coastal walks.

Flat, hard and laid out on narrow terraces and alleys. Can be dusty. Good pegs needed. Not divided by hedges. Pitches overlooking beach have no shade and are not verdant. Premium pitches with garden furniture, sun loungers, fridge and Wi-fi. Reservation is essential for larger outfits over 6.5m. The pitches on the other side of the site have lovely views over the vineyards and are protected from the wind off the sea.

Motorhome service point. 5 hard standing pitches for overnights which are smaller but are offered at a cheaper rate. Good choice as walking distance of Collioure (2km) along coastal path.

The site is situated just north of Collioure off the coast road. From the A9 take exit 43 le Boulou and follow signs to Argelès-sur-Mer. Turn onto the D914 Collioure - signed "Collioure par la Corniche". After 800 metres turn right at the Hotel du Golfe and follow signs to the campsite.
