I would give this site a 9 only for pitch size as the access onto the pitches isn't great. The lanes are extremely narrow and therefore it's impossible to maneuver a long caravan into some of the pitches especially English caravans, they don't really take into consideration which side our door is on and where we would "set up camp" when distributing pitches. We booked in Jan 2015 and specified we would like a large pitch with water/waste nearer to the lake. The first pitch we were given would have meant that with our car on the pitch as well there was a tiny strip of grass where we would be able to site outside of the awning! We did get some help getting our caravan into position, by the guy who showed us to our pitch (and he had a strap on his leg and. Was limping at the time, great guy!). A motor mover would not have helped at all either. We had a lovely welcome. We were given a welcome drink each. The camp is immaculate, showers etc very clean and new! Especially the family shower room which made it all a lot easier with our two boys. Could not fault the entertainment at all, in fact we were shattered by the end of the week by trying to keep up with the entertainment schedule!! You could not say that this camp has nothing to do! The pool(s) were superb! We had a heatwave while we were there so temp hit 38-40d each day too. Lots of interesting places to visit around the camp. Our favs were Lascaux ll cave, roque st Christophe, Maison frinaque.
Everything is really well maintained.
