Central France
Selected because of its unique setting in the grounds of a fabulous medieval château combined with its proximity to the A20 motorway. It is a small site set in the heart of the rolling wooded Limousin countryside. Victor Hugo is said to have found the inspiration for one of his poems here. The reception, bar and restaurant are housed in pretty stone faced outbuildings. There is a peaceful, friendly atmosphere, although we would only recommend it for short stays as there is a large turnover of visitors. The site does not accept credit cards.
