Brittany
Selected as this is a great site for an overnight stop or short stay with easy access to centre of Nantes, renowned for its Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, its flamboyant cathedral and medieval Bouffay quarter. It is also open all year round. It is a long thin site with the pitches laid out in trees along the left hand side and it has recently been completely refurbished. A tram goes straight from the site entrance into the centre of town. The site is quite expensive in low season unless you have special discount rate.
