Situated on the edge of the Brière National Park in the grounds of a 19th century château, this site has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The quiet but delightful wooded setting makes it a nature-lovers’ paradise.
The focal point is a small attractive lake suitable for fishing. The site is run in a simple unsophisticated style, which could occasionally do with a little more TLC. However it is perfect for those who prefer peace and quiet and a feeling of spaciousness in a verdant setting, away from the busy coastal resorts. It is also ideal for an overnight stop going south from Caen or St Malo.
